Abstract

In improving performance, employees are currently increasingly receiving special attention, meaning that better performance can be felt with work motivation. positive thinking is needed and can pay attention to the existence of work for the purpose of improving both performance and work for employees which is not optimal. testing construct validity , the next test is construct reliability testing which is measured by Composite Reliability (CR) of the indicators that measure the CR construct which is used to display good reliability. A construct is declared reliable if the composite reliability value is >0.5. The composite reliability coefficient must be greater than 0.5, the value is still above the good average so that it is declared acceptable. States that all variables are above the specified value, namely >0.5. The variable with the highest value is the work motivation variable with a Cronbach alpha value of 0.902 and a rho-A value of 0.917 and an average variance of 0.775. while the lowest value of construct validity and reliability is work discipline with a Cronbach alpha value of 0.534 and a rho_A value of 0.665 and an average variance value of 0.43 and a reliability value
