Abstract

Study This aiming For explore influence training and motivation Work to performance through competence employee of the Human Resources and Development Agency Human Resources (BKPSDM) of Maros Regency . Research This use design survey with approach quantitative For analyze connection cause and effect between variables . Population study This is all over BKPSDM Maros Regency employees totaling 75 people, consisting of of 60 Civil Servants (PNS) and 15 non-PNS , with saturation sampling technique involving​ all over population as sample . Data collection was carried out through questionnaire structured and documented . Data analysis using analysis path analysis for test connection between variables . Research results show that training and motivation Work in a way significant influence competence and performance employee . Training as the most significant variable that increases performance employee . Competence Employees also play a role as a strong mediator between training and performance . Competence own more impact​ big in connect training with performance compared to motivation work . Implications from study This show that For increase performance employees at BKPSDM Maros Regency , needed focus on improving and enhancing training programs as well as development competence employee
