Service Management Analysis of Recipient Family Satisfaction Through Service Quality at the Indonesian Red Cross Blood Donor Unit (Pmi) West Papua Province
Abstract
This research was conducted at the Indonesian Red Cross Blood Donor Unit (PMI) of West Papua Province in February-March 2022. This study took all populations who visited the Indonesian Red Cross Blood Donor Unit (PMI) of West Papua Province, totaling 120 people. The data analysis technique in this study uses quantitative analysis, namely using path analysis techniques.
To determine the satisfaction of the recipient's family on service management at the Blood Donor Unit (UDD) PMI West Papua province.
The research shows that the analysis of health service management on recipient family satisfaction through service quality shows a positive and significant relationship between one variable and another
