THE EFFECT OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE THROUGH WORK CAPABILITY AND INNOVATION (STUDY ON NATIONAL ZAKAT AGENCY EMPLOYEES (BAZNAS) MAKASSAR CITY)
Abstract
This research was prepared with the aim of analyzing and describing the influence of knowledge management on work capabilities, innovation and employee performance. The influence of work capability and innovation on employee performance as well as the influence of knowledge management on employee performance through work capability and innovation at the Makassar City National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS). This research was conducted at the Makassar City National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) for approximately 2 (two) months, starting from May 2024 to July 2024. This research used a quantitative approach to study. The population in this study were all mosque faiths, infaq & zakat recipients and 165 employees. The sampling technique uses Saturated Sampling, where the entire population is used as the research sample, namely 165 people. The research results show that knowledge management does not directly have a significant influence on work capability. Knowledge management can have a positive and significant influence on employee innovation and performance. Directly, work capability does not have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Innovation can have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Knowledge management does not have a positive and significant influence if it is mediated by work capability, and knowledge management has a positive and significant influence on employee performance if it is mediated by innovation
